-$50 Non-refundable Application Fee

Young Artist Seminar
-An Application Form
-Teacher’s Letter of Recommendation
-Solo and Chamber Repertoire List
-$50 Non-refundable application fee
-VHS Tape (preferred), CD or cassette tape
with two contrasting pieces or movements.

Piano accompaniment is recommended for instrumentalists.

Please label VHS Tape/CD/cassette tape and cover with name, age, instrument and repertoire performed.
